    See above. We’re more than happy to provide you with a speedy formal estimate, but it will be exactly the same as what you find on our pricing page.
  • No additional fees, no gotchas later
    Other transcription firms charge for an extraordinary range of things, and in many cases, you only find out later what you will actually end up paying. At Babbletype, the price we propose is the price we charge. Click here for a partial list of things we don’t charge for.
  • Free time-coding and time-stamping
    Many other firms charge as much as 50 cents per minute for this. You can expect time stamps on every file we deliver to you free of charge.
  • Free rush drafts
    What other firms charge for rush work doesn’t bear thinking about. We deliver rush drafts free of charge about one day in advance of the delivery date for your final transcript.

  • Large order and volume discounts
    We offer significant discounts on large projects, but we also offer the same discounts for multiple smaller projects. You can find them here.
  • Turnaround-based discounts
    You can also lower your costs by picking the turnaround that fits your needs. If you’re not in a hurry, you can save a lot by moving to our Discounted turnaround. You can even mix and match, getting selected files in your project earlier by choosing our Standard service for those while saving money on the lower priority files by selecting Discounted for those – all in the same order!
  • Order slow and get fast
    When you purchase our discounted turnaround option, those are the longest times your file might take for us to deliver. If we have available capacity, you still might get it faster—even in just one day.  
  • Combining discounts for the biggest savings
    Our volume- and turnaround-based discounts work together to allow you to save up to 45% off or our core pricing, enabling you to set your own price.

Simple, Customer-friendly Billing

  • No deposits
    We don’t ask for money up front to start producing your work.
  • No COD
    We don’t demand payment before delivering your work to you.
  • Standard Net 30 terms
    Once your project is completed (or at the end of each month for larger projects), we’ll send you an invoice with standard net 30 payment terms.
  • Simple invoicing
    We don’t invoice you every 15 minutes. We invoice either at the completion of a project, or, in the case of longer project spanning more than one month, at the end of each month of production.
  • Easy payment options
    You are welcome to pay us by check, by credit card, or by PayPal.
